Hi, I’m Vanessa Alves, and I founded Alves NP Aesthetics with a passion for helping my clients feel confident, empowered, and comfortable in their own skin. I take a patient-focused approach and have a strong eye for natural beauty. I believe aesthetic treatments should enhance what already makes each person unique—never take away from it.
My approach combines professionalism, artistry, and personalized care to create subtle, refined results tailored to each client’s goals. A little bit about myself
Hi, my name is Vanessa Alves, and I am a Nurse Practitioner based in Worcester, Massachusetts. I currently work at UMass Memorial Medical Center as an internal medicine Nurse Practitioner, where I am involved in evaluating and managing patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fitchburg State University in 2013. From early on, I always dreamt of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. After spending five years as a registered nurse and gaining valuable clinical experience, I pursued that goal by enrolling in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at UMass Medical School in Worcester, from which I graduated in 2023.
In addition to my hospital work, I have always had a strong passion for aesthetic medicine. I knew I wanted to pursue aesthetics, and I began that journey by taking a Botox certification course immediately after graduating. Since then, I have continued to build my skills and expand my portfolio by completing additional training one class at a time. I currently hold multiple certifications in aesthetics and remain committed to ongoing education in this field.
Today, I balance my role as a Nurse Practitioner in the hospital while continuing to grow my expertise in aesthetic medicine. My approach to care is centered on attention to detail, patient safety, and helping individuals feel both healthy and confident.
